Silverside Joint

Similar to the topside joint, the silverside is a large boneless cut from the hindquarter. It's lean and full of rich beefy flavours throughout. It's a great choice for pot roasts or Sunday roasts.
Please know all our beef is grass-fed, free to roam and hung for a minimum of 21 days.

COOKING TIME
As a general rule we say cook 20 minutes per 450g to enjoy rare beef.
