Cut from the lower back, the sirloin steak comprises of a bigger and beefier flavour than other steaks, making it perfect to use alongside sauces and gravies. In fact, the sirloin offers up the perfect balance - not too lean, fatty, tough or mild. You don't have to be a steak aficionado to taste the difference! All of our beef is grass-fed, providing a richer and tastier flavour.
Please know all our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days.

Place the steaks on the grill or griddle and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn the steaks over and continue to grill 3 to 5 minutes for medium-rare (an internal temperature of 135 degrees F), 5 to 7 minutes for medium (140 degrees F) or 8 to 10 minutes for medium-well (150 degrees F).
