Cut from the rib cage, our racks of lamb include 6 ribs in total, making for a perfect serving at dinner parties and family gatherings. It's a beautiful choice for oven-roasting, seasoned with the classics such as rosemary, thyme and garlic.
We recommend three or more racks per person.
Cook at 230° C for 10 minutes, or until slightly browned on top, then turn the oven down to 150° C and cook for a further 10 minutes (rare) to 20 minutes (well done).
