Our lamb is nothing but the best, sourced from free-range grass-fed farms that establish the highest in animal welfare standards.
We recommend approximately 80z/250g per person. The minimum weight for this joint is 450g and the maximum is 2kg which serves 6-8 people.
Place lamb into a shallow roasting tin and cook for 25 minutes per 500g plus another 25 minutes to enjoy medium cooked lamb.
