Cut from the chuck and diced by our expert butchers, our diced braising steak consists of a rich beefy flavour that is perfect for stews, casseroles and curries.
Please know all our beef is grass-fed, free to roam and hung for a minimum of 21 days.

We recommend approximately 80z/250g per person.
COOKING TIME
This depends on the dish but we always recommend searing the beef first by using a pan or griddle and cooking until brown. To do this cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, it is easier to do this in batches if you have lots of diced beef to cook.
