Cut from the chuck and diced by our expert butchers, our diced braising steak consists of a rich beefy flavour that is perfect for stews, casseroles and curries.
We recommend approximately 80z/250g per person.
This depends on the dish but we always recommend to sear the lamb first by using a pan or griddle and cook until brown. To do this cook for about 4-6 minutes on each side, it is easier to do this in batches if you have lots of diced lamb to cook.
