Our pork loins are one of our more popular joints. This is likely due to the rich, succulent and sweet flavours, making them the perfect choice for roasting, especially garnished with garlic and herbs. This loin is on the bone, providing any dish with extra flavoursome results.
WEIGHT PER PERSON
We recommend 8oz/230g per person.
COOKING TIME
Start roasting the pork at a high temperature 240°C to get the heat through to the centre of the joint, and get the crackling off to a good start. After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180°C and continue to roast for 25 minutes per 450g.
