Our beautiful turkey saddles or crowns are perfect for any mid-week feast, not just Christmas! The wings and legs have been removed to make for easier cooking and carving, resulting in stunningly tender white breast meat on the bone to enhance the flavours.

COOKING TIME
Roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven, at 190°C, for 20 minutes per lb (450 g) plus 10-20 minutes extra – this will be about 1 hour and 50 minutes for 2kg bird.
