A British favourite! Our rolled loin joints are expertly prepared by our master butchers, flawlessly rolled as a neat joint to trap the flavours when roasting. Try roasting alongside a trivet of onion, carrot, and celeriac to give the rolled loin aroma.
WEIGHT PER PERSON
We recommend 8oz/230g per person.
COOKING TIME
Start roasting the pork at a high temperature 240°C to get the heat through to the centre of the joint, and get the crackling off to a good start. After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180°C and continue to roast for 25 minutes per 450g.
